25. Chicago Cubs (21-26) – Cubs almost disappointed when Rapture doesn’t come, might have been nice to just get it over with now.

Also, this guy is a pro golfer and rules even more. I would recommend following him on twitter. He posts hilarious things to Tiger Woods who never responds.

New Turf Being Installed: The media got the first look at the new turf being installed at Ralph Wilson Stadium. Changes include a 30% larger logo at midfield. There also will be blue and red outlines of both 20 yard lines. The end zones will now be blue.

Sporty Spice Empty Old Bonnies Article

Post  Cali Thu Jul 21, 2011 9:07 pm

http://sports.espn.go.com/ncb/columns/story?id=3087784&lpos=spotlight&lid=tab4pos2

Found this surfing the web. It's an interesting read and portrays the difficult situation Schmidt was put in. The bonnies are going to rule this year. 24-5 record going into the A-10 tournament.

Also, Canisius is gay as fuck but my least favorite team has to be St. Joes, then Niagara.

Cali's top hated teams from all sports:

1.) New England Patriots
2.) St. Joes Hawks
3.) New York Jets
4.) Niagara Purple Eagles(such a gay name)
5.) Miami Dolphins
6.) Canisius Golden Griffins
7.) Ottawa Senators
8.) Kentucky Wild Cats Basketball
9.) Michigan Wolverines
10.) The Boston Celtics

Honorable Mention: The Boston Bruins, Boston Red Sox, Boston University, Boston College, New England Revolution, UMASS(Boston Campus), Harvard, MIT, Salem State Witches(reach)

Go Bonnies, Fuck you Phil

3.) The Bo-Disney Scene it (you guys are too cute)
4.) Dan Volcosh(sp?)- Tennis (He already has a partner)
5.) Tino- Ladder Ball ( Tino, can you at least try? The game losses its zest when you play)
6.) Bobby Diaz- Drinking (Bobby always gets the best of you, can you feel your face?)
7.) Guard Rails- RIP Escape
8.) Canisius- Name says it all. Yuck!
9.) Peanut butter- Irresistible, yes. Are you allergic? Yup

Sporty Spice Empty Ahhh...The grreat white north

Post  Cali Wed Aug 17, 2011 2:37 pm

I've been collecting any kind of sports cards since I was a little boy. It became a great hobby for me. I grew up in a very small town. My closest neighbor was 2 miles away. That being said I didn't have a lot of friends growing up. There were literally 2 girls in my school, both of whom were older. I didn't have much of a social life and found entertainment in outdoor activities and collecting sports stuff. My favorite NHL card of all time was the Manon Rheaume. If you don't know who SHE is, SHE is the first and only woman to play in an NHL exhibition game. They printed a limited release of her card. I knew this would become very valueable one day. I took care of this card as I would my own child/girlfriend/wife. I put her on the shelf next to my bed and kept her in a case with a blanket over her as not to let sunlight damage her. I wanted her in pristine condition. As time went on I started to noticed she had a rough edge on the right side. I kind of liked it though. I'm a bit of a "bad boy" if you will. And I always wanted a woman who was "rough around the edges" As I grew older and hit puberty I started to wonder what real women were like. My Manon card was looking quite tempting on those lonely cold mountain winter nights. Finally I decided to act. I took Manon off of the shelf and decided to have her sleep next to me in bed. For the first couple of nights we just cuddled. I didn't want her to think I just wanted her for sex. I whispered sweet nothings in her ear and eventually gained her trust. On February 21st 2004 we decided to become one. I knew taking her out of her plasic box would compromise her value. But I decided it was time to make her a woman, and equally, me a man. I still have Manon and am thinking of selling her so I can finally move out of my moms house. The card is still in good condition minus a big hole right in the middle of her hockey mask. If anyone is interested please reply to this message. Thank you.

I agree with this guy's interpretation. Cali and I were talking about this on Sunday. He didn't see the incident occur first-hand and went through the proper channels to prompt an investigation. If anything, since the grad assistant actually saw what happened, it would be more his responsibility to report the crime to the police. JoePa had every reason to believe that the AD would report to the VP of Finance (head of campus security, which, by the way, has real authority unlike the Bona funny police) who would initiate an investigation by his police force. There was obviously some kind of cover-up going on and it remains to be seen whether JoePa was involved in it but under the same circumstances, I can't be assured that I would have done anything differently.

By the way, did anyone read the grand jury testimony? It is really disturbing shit. This guy is seriously one sick fuck.

Little E rules. I would love to party at Whisky River, crush some moonshine and start an old time bar fight complete with broken bottles and a pianist playing sped up ragtime music to fit the pace of the action. And of course someone getting thrown through the window and the saloon doors.

Here is something for cali, now not only can you check out draft boards in october but you can start speculating as to who next years opponents will be!
The NFL schedule formula is:

6 games – every team in your division twice (duh!)
4 games – one complete division in the opposite conference
3 games – every team in the same conference that finished in the same place as you in the previous season
3 games – one complete division in the same conference (not including the team that finished in the same place as you)

opposing divisions are rotated every year

Peyton is available.

Where do you think he'll wind up?

this is the order i am thinking in likelihood 1. Redskins 2. Dolphins or 3.Arizona. 4 long shot wildcard for me is the Vikings.

I don't want him on the Jets.

At this point, trying to get rid of Sanchez no matter what reasoning always seems ridiculous to me.

The reasoning is that Sanchez is beat and the Jets need a quarterback that can do things like throw the ball and make sound decisions on the field.

At any rate, Peyton has said that he wants to stay in the AFC, so my money is on the Dolphins. I'd really hate to have him in the AFC East though. Him and Irsay can say all they want that it is an amiable albeit emotional breakup but we all know that there is bad blood in every breakup. Exes can't be friends. Peyton will be out for revenge.

Sanchez extended 3 more years.

Redskins traded for the #2 pick, and they traded a lot for it.

Dolphins seem likely and would give Peyton immediate payback next season as the colts and dolphins are due to dance at Indy.

Noche, keep the fork in hand for the disparaging Sanchez remarks.

The Jets are going to be coming off a serious bye in week 1 this season. I like there chances.
